This program has proven to be our premier program, as our most successful clients workout with us in a Semi-Private Training Program. This includes a custom-designed program tailored specifically to you and your goals. We focus on strength and balance. You will have a coach train you in a smaller group with a max of 5 people working on your specific program. You will get eight (8) sessions a month with this plan.
