This program has proven to be our premier program, as our most successful clients workout with us in a Semi-Private Training Program. This includes a custom-designed program tailored specifically to you and your goals. At Bell Fitness, we focus on strength and balance. You will have a coach train you in a smaller group with a max of 5 people working on your specific program. You will get eight (8) sessions a month with this plan.

The InBody Test provides a comprehensive view of body composition balance. Body water, proteins, minerals, and body fat, which are the components of the human body, closely relate to the status of our health. Each month Bell Fitness chooses a charity to donate a portion of the month’s proceeds to. We love the opportunity it gives us to connect with the community and people around us. For each dollar donated, one of our amazing coaches will do a burpee! Or, you could even purchase one of our 7-day passes for a discounted $25! Here is this month’s charity:
The Peacock Foundation
The Peacock Addiction Scholarship Foundation is a charitable organization devoted to helping families emotionally and financially during their fight with addition. This foundation was formed in the Memory of Tyler Peacock, who lost his battle with addition on December 28th, 2019; he was 22 years old. Their mission is to provide scholarship/funding to help those that are exiting the recovery program and entering sober living environment, providing transitional housing with the ability to supply things like bedding, toiletries, groceries, and clothing for the 3 months they go through the transitional stage. Together with The Peacock Addiction Scholarship Foundation, we will be able to supply a Thanksgiving dinner to all of the residents and their family at the Unhooked Recovery Center. Anything not used for the dinner will be donated to the Peacock Addiction Scholarship Foundation for other areas of need!
