The Basics:

Bell Fitness is a results-driven and energetic fitness and nutrition program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training, all designed to give our members the body they want in a safe, fun, and non-intimidating atmosphere, in only 30 MINUTES.
- Instructs small group scheduled sessions through HIIT style workouts, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.
- Instructs members on effective workout methods; explains proper techniques; demonstrates exercises; identifies different muscle groups, and teaches appropriate methods to strengthen specific muscles.
- Prepares the equipment and music for each session.
- Assist members, answer questions, plus maintains a positive and upbeat workout experience.
- Keeps management informed of members and the studio’s needs.
- Ensures safety standards and studio policies.
- Performs related duties as required.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology, and training principles.
- Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporation of music and cueing techniques.
- Ability to be professional and motivate members.
- Ability to cooperate and work well with other staff members.
- The coach must have a high degree of energy, be physically fit, and have the endurance to complete the workout.
- MUST understand Functional, HIIT, and Metabolic training styles and will be able to incorporate these aspects into any training sessions.
- MUST bring a TON of ENERGY and PASSION to every session!
- MUST be well versed at regressions and progressions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Group Fitness Training: 1 year
- Current CPR, AED
- Required license or certification: Nationally accredited certification preferred

We offer inside, outside, semi-private, and virtual workouts for all comfort levels. No drop-ins are permitted; training sessions and consultations are by appointment only—limitations on each session size.
