Born and raised in Arizona. Graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Dietetics. I have spent the last decade specializing in diabetes education. I became a personal trainer in 2017 due to my passion for health and fitness. Bell Fitness has allowed me to grow as a personal trainer and help our members reach their fitness goals.
I’m originally from Michigan, but at the age of eighteen I accepted a live-in nanny position for a wonderful family here in Arizona and never turned back! After years of commuting on the I-10 to downtown Phoenix working in the legal field, I decided to hang up my high heels and put on sneakers. That was in 2016 when I met Margherita & Michael who hired me to assist in the daily business activities of their boot camp, (formerly Fit Body Boot Camp, now Bell Fitness). I love sharing in their vision, their passion for helping others and continue giving back to the community… I truly believe I have found my forever home!
I grew up in Trondheim, Norway. Now I live in Buckeye, AZ.
I studied what may translate to “Sports, health and recreation/outdoor activities” in Norway, and I have a Bachelors Degree in Physio Therapy. I am a certified instructor/trainer in Group training such as aerobic classes, tabata and other circut training classes, spinning classes and stretching. I love working as a coach on FBBC! My passion is to help people get stronger and healthier.
My favorite food is bread, and my hobbies are moutain biking, road biking, cross country skiing, running and hiking. And I love to travel!
I was born and raised in a beautiful island in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. I have played the Sport of Volleyball all my life since I was 4 years old. I went to the U.S. when I was 18 years old to play college Volleyball in Tampa, Fl. After two years I was transferred to the University of Texas at Brownsville to complete my last two years of volleyball eligibility and to finish my bachelor degree on Kinesiology. My passion is to make everyone enjoy to workout and to seek their healthiest self. For those that knows me I have a very happy personality and being happy is what life is all about.
After 25 years as an advertising and marketing executive, I swapped my business suits for active wear. I had found my new passion..helping people change their lives through a healthier lifestyle. I received my NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer certificate and began teaching group fitness classes in Mission Viejo, California in April 2015.
I moved to Litchfield Park from Orange County in 2016 and started as a coach at Fit Body in March 2017. Being part of this Fit Body family has been so much more than I could ever imagine! What a special community Margherita & Michael have created.
A few cool things that have happened in my life; I lived in South Africa for 10 years; met Nelson Mandela and Richard Branson; was almost trampled by an elephant, a rhino and bumped into a hippo; ran my own advertising agency in Cape Town, but the best things to ever happen to me are my children; Kayla and Kieran, and my adorable grandson Levi.
How a former NFL running back, that grew up in AZ and a girl from Marostica Italy met, start a family and open a bootcamp in Litchfield Park AZ? That`s a long story.. but i will try to sum it up.
My husband Michael and I met in 2009 and after few years we moved in AZ, we have 2 beautiful girls and we decided that we wanted to share our passion for fitness and sport with other people and help as many people we could change their lives.. so we open our bootcamp 5 years ago and since then we cahnged 1000`s of people lives. Our mission today is to help 10.000 by the end of 2020.
Born and raised in Norway. Now staying here in Arizona for 3.5 years. Been working as a nurse since 1996, and from 2006-2008 I specialized as a midwife. Always been active, playing soccer, skiing and bicycling. Was working as a spinning and aerobics instructor from 2002-2005 at a gym in Norway, but had to quit because of my work at the hospital. So after being given a new opportunity to work as a coach at the boot camp I feel so privileged and glad to be able to work and help people again!
Favorite food: steak.
Hobbies: training, golf and sports.
