Coach Michelle McCaughey

Michelle McCaughey joined Bell Fitness in 2020. Michelle has been teaching and coaching group fitness since 2016 and received her national certification in 2019. Michelle is versed in P90X, Insanity, MASHUP, Fire Up, and L1ft. Michelle’s passion for weight training started in high school and is something that she still loves today.
When Michelle is not training at Bell Fitness, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, long walks with her dogs, and hiking.

Coach Michael Margherita

Meet Michael and Margherita Bell, Owners of Bell Fitness. Margherita was born and raised in Marostica, Italy; she is a Body Transformation Expert, certified ISSA Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Specialist, and FAI Certified Coach.

Michael is a Tolleson and U of A graduate; he is a Speed and Agility Certified Coach, a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, and a former NFL Super Bowl Champion.

Through coaching, caring, and support, Michael and Margherita inspire their fitness family to set, reach, and exceed their health and wellness goals.

Michael and Margherita reside in the West Valley with their two beautiful daughters and have been serving their community since 2014!

Coach Lex Miller:

Lex Miller joined Bell Fitness in 2020, moving from Northern Indiana. Her fitness journey began young, always involved in sports and weightlifting classes. However, fitness never took her interest until after graduating high school. Understanding how she could have full control over her body made Lex fall in love with all aspects of being healthy. Lex has grown professionally and personally through her journey, having been a trainer in the fitness industry for over four years. Lex holds numerous training certifications and continuously works on her growth with fitness and nutrition.
When Lex is not training at Bell Fitness, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, kickboxing, weight lifting, camping, reading, cooking, and playing with her two bichon puppies.

Coach Senthia Allen

Senthia Allen joined Bell Fitness in 2019; her passion is to help people make fitness fun, which encourages a balanced, healthy lifestyle. The gym for her is her happy place. As a young adult, Senthia competed as a powerlifter and later was a figure competitor for NPC.

Senthia is a native of Arizona and mother to a wonderful daughter. When not training at Bell Fitness, Senthia enjoys hiking, riding bikes, weight lifting, dancing, good food, live music, and quiet times at home.

Aaron Petrus joined Bell Fitness

Coach Aaron Petrus

Aaron Petrus joined Bell Fitness in 2020; he was born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands and moved to Arizona in 2003. Aaron served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps for eight years and has been a certified fitness instructor for over seven years. Speed & Agility, Strength, Group, and High-Intensity training are passions of Aaron’s.

Kelly Garrison joined Bell Fitness

Kelly Garrison

Kelly Garrison joined Bell Fitness in 2016 and is responsible for coordinating a broad range of services and resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently. Kelly is an experienced professional who brings more than 15 years of administrative skills to her role as Office Manager of Bell Fitness.

Kelly says Bell Fitness is such a unique organization because its team has worked together, shares a shared vision for excellence, and has never grown too big not to know each client personally. The number of satisfied clients, Kelly says, speaks volumes about the loyalty and trust Bell Fitness has earned since 2014.

Kelly has been a resident of Goodyear for the past 25 years. She enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found gardening and spending time with her friends and family.
